Former Dallas Cowboy
"A man has to figure out what has to be done and how to do it. You have to be able to spin out of a block, recognize a play immediately and then react accordingly. I figure I’m as strong as anyone else; so getting the job done becomes a matter of pride and determination.”
Bob Lilly was a two-time All-Southwest Conference pick and a consensus All-America choice at Texas Christian before the Dallas Cowboys' selected him as their first-ever draft choice in 1961.
For the next 14 seasons, his play on defense was so outstanding that he became popularly known as "Mr. Cowboy." Bob starred as a defensive end in 1961 but then moved to a defensive tackle spot in his third season with even more sensational results. As a tackle, Lilly was a first-team All-NFL choice every year from 1964 through 1969, then again in 1971, and 1972. The only years he missed first-team honors was his final two seasons in the league and in 1970 when he was a second-team choice.
Equally effective as both a pass rusher and a rushing defender, Lilly continually battled double-team and even triple-team opposition but he rarely was delayed in his pursuit of the ball carrier. Quick, agile and coordinated, he even scored four touchdowns in his career. One came on a 17-yard interception return in 1964 while the other three came on fumble recoveries. Altogether, he returned 18 fumbles for 109 yards.
Extremely durable, Bob played in 196 consecutive regular-season games. His only career "miss" came in the 1973 championship game with Minnesota, when a leg injury put him on the bench. Post-season play became a way of life for the 6-5, 260-pound Olney, Texas, native. The Cowboys played in seven NFL/NFC title contests in an eight-year period from 1966 through 1973 and also in Super Bowls V and VI. Bob also was selected to play in 11 Pro Bowls. He is the first player who spent his entire career with the Cowboys to be elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Passionate… captivating… inspiring! These are just a few words used to describe Dr. Veronica Cochran. Her life’s work has been spent helping countless people realize their leadership potential in a variety of settings including corporate offices, healthcare systems, schools, universities, and churches. In any setting, her sincerity and authenticity are tangible and her approach to leadership is refreshing and dynamic! Veronica served in a variety of managerial and executive leadership capacities within industry-leading organizations over the last 20 years, and it was during this time that she recognized that leadership development and training was often reserved for those in formal leadership roles. It was to this end that she determined everyone had leadership potential and that leadership development should be accessible to all, from which she established L.I.F.E. Concepts, LLC (Leadership is for Everyone), an organization dedicated to helping people recognize and reach their fullest leadership potential.
As a leadership development expert and strategist, Veronica partners with both individuals and organizations to increase leadership capability and effectiveness. Veronica also serves as the CEO of International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), where she is committed to both the administrative profession as well as its professionals. In order to attain excellence one must first live a lifestyle of excellence. Excellence isn’t a destination; it’s an identity. Chad Hennings has lived this message through a nine year NFL career and three Super Bowl Championships with the Dallas Cowboys, forty five successful combat missions flying A10 jets with the Air Force, and as one of the most decorated college football players in NCAA history. Chad has taken this message across the world at the invitation of some of the most distinguished executive audiences ranging from American Airlines to Bank of America, General Motors to Citigroup, and a host of U.S. Governmental agencies. He has also been a philanthropic leader in the Dallas Ft Worth area as a member of the board of directors of Christian Community Action, an organization that provides assistance to atrisk families, and the establishment of Wingmen Ministries.
Chad challenges audiences to dare to be excellent and inspires businesses to create cultures of excellence. People and organizations don’t do great things to become great; great people and organizations do great things. Chad credits his post NFL career success to concepts he espouses on striving to live a life of excellence.
